I am incredibly fortunate to have found Phoebe as my wedding hairstylist! When I started searching for stylists after getting engaged, I had a very specific type of hairstyle that I envisioned. I reached out to several different stylists that I had found through Yelp or WeddingWire, but they either said they couldn't do the style I requested, were unavailable, or were going to charge an exorbitant fee. After a fortuitous turn of events, I found Phoebe, and she is AMAZING. She not only was able to do the exact hairstyle that I wanted, and set a reasonable fee for her services, she is an absolute joy to work with - professional, unerringly quick, and incredibly TALENTED. She was also able to recommend a makeup artist (shoutout to Thuy!) who also did phenomenal work for myself and my bridesmaids. I can't thank Phoebe enough for making my special day a dream come true!

I'm one of those girls who feel uncomfortable when I get my hair and makeup done because I never think I look good with all that gunk on my face and my hair made up in a way that makes my face look round or ugly.  But it was my Chinese wedding banquet and alas, it could not be avoided.

So I found Phoebe on Yelp and she did both my hair and makeup.  While I still had those feelings lingering underneath, at the end of it, I was like "Damn, I look good."  I gave her a picture of the hair and my make up goals and bam, most importantly, she made it FIT me.  Why do I say that?  Because I got married earlier in the month in Texas and I gave the girl those same pictures and I don't have these same fuzzy feelings when I look at those wedding photos versus the ones I have of myself in the Chinese Banquet.

Also I was running late and she managed to expedite her skills and get me done with some time left for her next appointment.  This means she respects all appointments and understand that life sometimes throws inconveniences and you got to work with it.

I loved what she did so much that I asked her to send me close up photos of myself so I can tell OTHER stylists to just copy that if I get it done anywhere else outside of San Diego. So you know and whenever I'm in SD and in need of a stylist, I'm going to Phoebe.

Could not be any happier with Phoebe! She is the sweetest and pays a great attention to the detail. You can tell she truly loves her work and her clients. She was so gentle yet firm on my hair for it to stay. She uses great quality products that smell amazing. I would recommend her to all my friends and family for future hair needs! I cannot wait to use her again  for my wedding!

Phoebe is wonderful. I hired her to do hair for me (the bride) and all my ladies for both a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony and for my wedding. She is so talented and can do any style you need! My hair stayed styled ALL day - it was amazing. For my wedding, I had extensions and she was able to put them in and style them easily. She is so professional, funny, and well-organized.

She went above and beyond and even provided a super cute "emergency kit" with extra bobby pins, hair ties, tic tacs, and more. Book her ASAP!!
